I completed a two year Somatology course in 2005 through International Academy and Camelot International, graduating with a Diploma in Somatology as well as international CIDESCO and CIBTAC qualifications.

I began my career at Glasshouse Rejuvenation for Men, the first men-only skincare centre, where I worked for 1.5 years before packing my bags and moving to London. I lived and worked there for almost three years before returning to South Africa.

After returning, I rejoined Glasshouse Rejuvenation for Men and worked my way up to Salon Manager. I later joined the Placecol team, where I managed a skincare and hair salon. After two years, I relocated to Wellington and started working for Dr L. Brönn, a well-known dermatologist in Paarl.

In 2021, I began researching how to create my own skincare range. Having personally struggled with my skin, and after years of working with and using countless skincare brands, I realised I could never find one range that truly met all my needs. This inspired me to develop DERMA PH - a range combining everything I loved most about skincare into one brand.

After numerous formulations and reformulations, we spent six months trialling our final formulas in 2023. In February 2024, we officially launched DERMA PH with just 14 products. Over the last two years, we have introduced 14 additional products, growing the range into an almost complete collection of 28 products.

Looking ahead, there are still many exciting products in the pipeline as I continue researching the latest advancements in the skincare industry. I am passionate about ingredient innovation and love developing formulas alongside expert medical professionals in the field.
